With over two thirds of our Children Looked After in the care of foster carers, improving outcomes for Children Looked After must start with improving foster care.We are keen to welcome enthusiastic Social Workers into the team, to enhance the support we provide to our foster carers and work alongside experienced members of staff whilst we endeavour to recruit and retain foster carers within the service.
