Be able to work under the instruction and guidance of teaching and/or members of the school leadership team.
Be able to support individuals and groups of pupils to enable access to learning.
To assist the teacher in the management of pupils within the classroom and beyond.
To supervise whole classes during short term absences.
Experience of working with children, including those with additional learning needs;
Ability to support pupils’ emotional wellbeing and development
The ability to follow instruction and have a desire to further their professional development;
Enthusiasm and a conscientious approach.
