The post holder will ensure that funding arrangements are aligned to the principles of early intervention and prevention to deliver accessible, efficient and effective support solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of early intervention and prevention and be experienced in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. With a community focused approach and strong organisational skills, the successful post holder will be able to prioritize a varied workload to meet deadlines and support community groups with grant processes and compliance. Welsh Language Skills are desirable for this post but not essential.
