The Gwent Wide Integrated Community Equipment Service (GWICES) has an exciting opportunity for position of Equipment Therapist & Performance Officer.GWICES is a partnership of the Gwent local authorities and ABUHB. The post is based at the Cefndy-Medequip equipment store in Newport who provide the community equipment service, and the successful candidate will work in a small and supportive team alongside the Advanced Occupational Therapist, the Accountant & Performance Lead and the Finance & Administration Officer. Duties will include supporting the Advanced Occupational Therapist to provide day to day advice and support to prescribers of community equipment as well as contributing towards service development activities. You will also be required to assist the Accountant & Performance Lead with a wide range of data activity and analysis using the IT systems.
