Are you passionate about maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments? Greenmeadow Community Farm is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Cleaner to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a unique and vibrant setting that combines community engagement, education, and animal care. As a Cleaner, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our facilities are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You'll work closely with the General Manager and Duty Manager to deliver a consistent and high-quality service, helping to create a positive experience for all our visitors. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, flexible, and committed to excellent customer service. Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential - what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn. What You'll Be Doing:
Cleaning all designated areas including floors, carpets, toilets, and communal spaces.
Handling cleaning materials and equipment safely and effectively.
Reporting maintenance issues and supporting the wider team with operational needs.
Working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required by the rota.
What We're Looking For:
A team player with good interpersonal skills.
Awareness of health and safety practices.
Willingness to undertake relevant training (e.g., BICS qualification).
A customer-focused approach and the ability to work independently.
