We are seeking a passionate and skilled Family Intervention Worker (FIW) to join our Long-Term Planning and Reunification Team, working with children subject to Care Orders (Section 31 Children Act 1989). This is a specialist role focused on supporting children and families to achieve safe and sustainable discharge of care orders, with the aim of reunification or permanence through alternative legal routes. You will work alongside Social Workers and other professionals to deliver intensive, strengths-based interventions that reduce risk, build parenting capacity, and promote stability. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families, supporting them to thrive outside of statutory care.
