If you care about making a difference, believe in supporting positive change and have the skills and experience to be part of a team that works hard to improve the lives of residents and our communities, then this could be the job for you. You will need experience in chairing meetings, applying legislation to problem solving, and have excellent communications skills to maintain partnership working arrangements and fostering good relationships. Experience of working with complex cases is essential and having the ability to mediate and negotiate to achieve the best possible outcomes for communities, victims and perpetrators of anti-social behaviour. The post holder will be involved in overseeing the delivery of partnership projects and interventions aimed at reducing anti-social behaviour carried out by adults and children in our communities.
