The post is based in a friendly and supportive hub, where we offer excellent support and training to help new starters learn about the processes and services delivered.The successful applicant will work within the Adult Services Hospital. We have two office locations$ûone based at Ty Glas-Y Dorlan and the other at the Falls Clinic in Cwmbran. However, occasional working from other Social Care or Council offices in Pontypool and Cwmbran, as well as some home working, may be required. The tasks are varied. For example, the post holder may provide administrative support to the IAA Team and the Falls Clinic, receive social care and occupational therapy referrals, or work within the social care client database to ensure records are accurately maintained.In addition to strong administrative and IT skills, the post holder must be able to meet tight deadlines, be flexible and adaptable, and respond effectively to changing priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
